Sunrise, and we greet the day. Not just daybreak, but God’s Divine Light and Grace to see us through. Even in my groggy weariness, I thank God for sunrise, and all it represents.
As Nina Simone would sing,
“It’s a new dawn
It’s a new day

And I’m feeling good”
