Those who trust in God are secure. This isn’t fingers crossed, blind optimism. Biblical trust is an active, ongoing commitment. We’re human, and we’re going to get it wrong. Nevertheless, trust is a commitment, evolving, elastic, and in need of nurture. It takes work, but it’s worth it.
