Praise is not only for church, and neither only for when things are good. We must learn to give thanks at all times.
It’s been an up and down week.
Some things have broken my heart, ot at least have bent it out of shape.
I’m not giving up, but I’m weary.
I am grateful for sunrises.
I am grateful for puppy snuggles.
I’m grateful that even when I am sad, I do not lose hope.
I am grateful for people who lift me up.
I am grateful for those in my life who let me mourn AND make me laugh.
This is where I am right now…
I am loved.
The sun rises every day (there is always hope).
What feels like disaster might just be opportunity.
Healing may not look the way you anticipated.
Love endures.
Just trust God.
